Super customer service, friendly team, excellent technical repair skills. Fast turnaround when I needed it. My HP printer was acting up, which it rarely does, and streaking the page on righthand side. Talked to topnotch Tifanie there, and was able to bring it in first thing in the morning, and had it back by 3 pm that same day, due to deadlines I had to meet, all shipshape, clean printing, thanks to Mark their service technician. Grateful for their help!

You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because they're local, we're comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if they're something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, we've had defects with HP originals but never with One Source remanufactured yet!)

I needed to use a color inkjet printer in a pinch in order to do some iron-on t-shirts and one source replied quickly to help and made sure staff was prepared for what I needed when I arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thanks again for the terrific deal you made me on my printer, it is exactly what I needed for a wonderful price. I've already printed at least once each from my laptop and my iPhone. I now need to practice with the scan function before I forget the first steps! Setting it up as you did was so very helpful.
