Best prices and customer service you can find anywhere. Bought a printer from them 5 years ago and ended up moving to the Twin Cities, and I refuse to change to any other provider for ink and printer stuff. Plus their shipping is free and as fast as you need it to be.

You get the unmatched service of a local supplier and prices are fairly competitive with larger suppliers. Because they're local, we're comfortable using remanufactured cartridges if they're something they keep in stock, knowing that if we get a defective one they can replace it same day. (ironically, we've had defects with HP originals but never with One Source remanufactured yet!)

Thanks again for the terrific deal you made me on my printer, it is exactly what I needed for a wonderful price. I've already printed at least once each from my laptop and my iPhone.
