Fast Turnaround
We usually diagnose your issue the same day you call! If a part isn’t in stock, it generally arrives the very next day. We can even provide a loaner to keep you printing.
Honest
If we can troubleshoot your problem over the phone, we’ll do that at no charge. If your printer only needs a cleaning, we won’t replace parts. Otherwise, we’ll replace only the parts that need replacement.

We warranty our repairs for a full 90 days for parts and labor. This is part of our practice of standing behind everything we sell.
Replacement Equipment
When it costs less to replace the printer than fix it, we carry a full line of refurbished Hewlett Packard inkjet and laser printers in stock to get you printing again. We’ll even recycle your old printer for you!
Fair
You only pay for the time it takes to repair your printer, plus travel time. Our minimum on-site rate for a repair – including local travel – is just $49 (compared to up to $100 elsewhere). You’ll find our hourly rate very reasonable.
Preventative Maintenance & Maintenance Plans
Did you know that some basic preventative maintenance can extend your printer’s lifespan, and reduce repair frequencies? One Source Imaging offers both preventative maintenance services, as well as maintenance contracts to get your printers back up and running quickly when they have issues.
Preventive Maintenance
We recommend preventive maintenance visits to keep your printer running reliably. We perform a careful inspection and thorough cleaning, and if you wish, replacement of worn parts.
Your business printer should be cleaned once or more per year, depending on environment and usage. A printer in a dusty workspace needs more frequent service than one in a clean environment. Likewise, the more pages you print, the more often your printer should receive service.
Maintenance & Repair Plans
A maintenance contract is an excellent way to protect your printer investment by keeping your printer in top working condition. Our service plans are designed to extend the life of your printer and help you avoid those random breakdowns that always seem to happen during an important project. They also enable you to budget your total printing costs for the year and eliminate surprise repair costs that were not budgeted.
All One Source Imaging service contracts include preventative maintenance. The contracts do not cover most items HP designates as consumables such as paper and cartridges. Pricing varies according to printer type and number of printers submitted for contract.
In addition, we’ll call you to schedule your regular maintenance visit, to make sure you get what you pay for. Other providers only visit if you remember to call them, hoping you’ll forget to schedule your cleaning visit.
